The purpose of this infographic was to research information about how the pandemic effected consumers and the direct causes as to the shift in demand of online shopping

Research
The first goal was to find what objects were most popular among the population that were now more likely to order online due to a shortage in supply in most stores. It was quickly evident that safety supplies quickly went out of stock and manufacturers went out of their way to give alternative options to shoppers to purchase this equipment while still allowing essential workers to have easy access over the common citizens.
Next, it was important to find out what other industries were directly impacted by the demand of online shopping. It is quickly evident that food delivery was immediately impacted and it became the common method of at risk households receiving
Lastly, there were many resources that consumers could use to adjust to the new world. Mobile delivery apps are the quickest way to get a buyer what they need. Walmart and Amazon were some of the best apps that had many different of similar products that could be delivered when the consumer needs and restocked a lot quicker than any in store option.
